Jim Zito has been building and leading award winning marketing, CRM and technology initiatives in the luxury and lifestyle hospitality industry throughout his 25 year career. 

Before founding Z2 Group he was Chief Marketing & Revenue Officer with Chelsea Hotels overseeing the Sales, Marketing, Revenue and Technology for a collection of 18 boutique & lifestyle hotels.   Prior Chelsea Hotels he was the Corporate Vice President of Digital /E-Commerce for Morgans Hotel Group and the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.  

He has been fortunate to work with iconic hotels both domestic & international including Hotel Chelsea and The Benjamin in New York,  Delano and The Tides in South Beach,  Hard Rock Hotel in Casino in Las Vegas & Sanderson in London, UK.
